The Google Classroom assignments should be planned out over five to six days to complete.  To me, that is the best way to approach this work.  The first assignment is assigned on Wednesday, so I would set up the work in this order:
Wednesday: Complete the vocabulary section of the assignment
Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Complete the reading for that assignment
Sunday (or Sunday/Monday): Complete the questions for the assignment.
For the assignment on Friday, I would set up the work in this order:
Friday (or Saturday): Complete the vocabulary section of this assignment
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (or Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.  The day the student completes the first assignment, they should begin reading a few pages of the next assignment): Complete the reading for that assignment.
Wednesday (or Wednesday/Thursday): Complete the questions for the assignment.
The goal for Google Classrooms is to have the student completing a small piece of the assignment each day.  This way, they do not get overwhelmed.  This also helps them to not leave the assignment for the last minute.
