Our Lady of Lourdes School
As stewards of Catholic education, Our Lady of Lourdes’s faculty and staff, in cooperation with both parents and students, is committed to guiding each child towards the realization of his/her full spiritual, academic, personal and physical potential. We understand that God has given each student a unique talent and it is our mission to foster that talent in an environment that is both nurturing and challenging. Our Lady of Lourdes School acknowledges the vocation of teachers and their participation in the Church’s evangelizing mission. Through the example and encouragement of committed Christian parents and teachers, students form a foundation on which to build their lives as lifelong learners by developing and implementing academic, co-curricular, faith formation, and service/ministry programs.
Our Lady of Lourdes School is dedicated to the sacred ministry of a faith-based community, and committed to academic excellence. We are anchored in the teachings of the Catholic Church and the moral demands of the Gospel, which nurtures students in Catholic values and encourages a commitment to social justice, evangelization and a life of service to church and neighbor.
Our Lady of Lourdes School has set high standards within the curriculum to challenge the students to reach their full potential. Within this curriculum we also inspire and urge students to use their imaginations throughout their educational journey. We are committed to educating the whole child forming their spiritual, intellectual, physical, psychological, social, moral, aesthetic and religious capacities; therefore we are aware of the individual and unique needs of all students. As a result, our faculty is equipped with the tools to differentiate instruction to prepare students for success in and out of school.
